Protocol Information
01 — Reconstitution
Add the calculated bacteriostatic water volume to the peptide vial slowly, along the inside wall. Gently swirl — never shake — peptides are fragile molecules.
02 — Calculation Logic
Concentration = (peptide mg × 1,000) ÷ bac water mL. Volume = desired dose mcg ÷ concentration. Insulin units = volume mL × 100.
03 — Storage
Store lyophilised vials at −20°C away from light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 30 days. Never freeze reconstituted peptides.
04 — Syringe Guide
0.3 mL (30 IU) — low dose precision. 0.5 mL (50 IU) — standard. 1.0 mL (100 IU) — maximum volume. If IU exceeds syringe capacity, use a larger syringe.
