Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on megalabpeptides.com.

1. Our Commitment

We take quality seriously. Every product is HPLC verified and includes a Certificate of Analysis. If something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our research products, we operate a restricted returns policy:

  • Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Damaged or defective products — see section 3 below
  • Incorrect products (wrong item sent) — see section 3 below

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@megalabpeptides.com
  • Include your order number and clear photographic evidence
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank. Crypto refunds will be processed in the original cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used peptides or solutions
  • Products returned after 14 days without prior authorisation
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper storage

6. How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@megalabpeptides.com with your order number and reason
  2. We will respond within 1 working day with return instructions
  3. Do not return products without prior authorisation
  4. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
